Swasthya Shakti - Women & Adolescent Health in Delhi

Swasthya Shakti is Eduquest’s community health initiative focused on women, adolescent girls, and pregnant women in underserved areas. Through structured health camps, screening support, menstrual hygiene awareness, nutrition counselling, and follow-ups, we help communities take early steps toward better health outcomes.

Why Swasthya Shakti Exists

In many communities, women’s health is delayed until it becomes urgent. Regular check-ups, nutrition guidance, and menstrual hygiene awareness are often missing, and that gap shows up as anemia, nutritional imbalance, low energy, and preventable complications.

Swasthya Shakti exists to make support closer, consistent, and practical:
• community-based camps and guidance
• hygiene and menstrual hygiene awareness
• nutrition and supplement compliance counselling
• identification of risk indicators and referral guidance when needed
